These terms govern your use of the https://pocketnez.com website and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Last updated: 2026-09-28.

1. Who we are

PocketNez ("we", "us") designs and sells pocket-size mesh nebulizers directly to consumers through https://pocketnez.com. For any question about these terms, write to service@pocketnez.com.

2. Your account

You must be old enough to form a contract in your country to order from us.
Information you give us (name, email, shipping address) must be accurate and up to date.
You may create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Google / Facebook. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Guest checkout is available — orders placed with the same email are linked to your account if one exists or is created later.

3. Medical disclaimer

Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content on this site is general information only. Read the instructions for use before operating the device, speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your condition and any medication to be nebulised, and stop using the device and seek medical help if you experience discomfort, breathing difficulty or any adverse reaction. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. Products, prices and taxes

We try to describe and photograph products accurately; small variations in colour, packaging or bundled accessories may occur.
Prices are shown in the currency you select (EUR or USD) and exclude any charges not stated at checkout.
We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order, refunding it in full.
Import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer; the contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order (for example: out of stock, pricing error, fraud risk, address that cannot be served, or a destination subject to sanctions or export controls) and will refund any amount already paid.
Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout (currently PayPal and bank transfer). We do not receive or store your full card details.
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, an order can no longer be cancelled — please use the 45-day return route described below.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout or in shipping emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays caused by customs, weather, peak seasons or the carrier are outside our control. Title and risk pass to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Please check the address carefully — we cannot refund parcels lost or returned because the address given was incomplete or incorrect.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and exchanges follow our Return Policy: 45 days from delivery, item unused or in its original condition and packaging.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
The main unit carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, accidental damage, consumable parts (including the mesh/atomiser head, masks and cables) or normal wear. Warranty claims: email service@pocketnez.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

8. Third-party sign-in

Google and Facebook sign-in are optional conveniences. If you use them we receive only basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy; you can revoke access in your Google or Facebook account at any time, and request removal of data stored here via our Data Deletion page.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law or infringe others' rights; do not attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, resell or export products in violation of applicable export or sanctions rules, or upload malicious code.

10. Intellectual property

Site content — text, images, logo, product names and layout — belongs to PocketNez or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or revenue, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law, and nothing limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, services or the law. The updated version applies from the moment it is published here, and the "last updated" date at the top shows when that happened.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from them are subject to the competent court in Shenzhen, where our operations are based, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
