Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge.

Step 1 — Revoke third-party sign-in access (optional)

If you signed in with Google or Facebook, first remove this site's access from your provider account: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Facebook under Settings → Business integrations. This stops any further sharing but does not delete data already stored here.

Step 2 — Ask us to delete data stored here

Send an email to service@pocketnez.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my data". We will delete your account details, addresses and related records within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Account details: name, email, phone, avatar and saved addresses.
Marketing subscriptions and any messages you sent us.

What we may keep

Order records may be retained where required for tax, accounting or legal obligations; where we keep them, personal identifiers are minimised as far as the law allows.
